Who : O+S from Birmingham, Alabama.

What :  The O stands for Orenda Fink (from Azure Ray, Art In Manila ), the S stands for Scalpelist (aka Cedric LeMoyne of Remy Zero ).  The two long-time friends have collaborated to create some pretty haunting, ethereal songs on their debut (out March 24th on Saddle Creek ).  Think David Lynch soundtracks and dream sequences.  Just added them to my neverending sxsw list.
