Who : Fredrik from Malmö, Sweden.

What : A little while ago I came across this bedroom-pop band from Malmö, Sweden called Fredrik .  Instead of doing my job at the time, I only managed to post a link to one of their videos.  Its called 1986, here at IndieMusicFilter.tv .    Now, I should also tell you that this group is currently on their first US tour, hitting select cities across the US (myspace ).  No Canadian dates yet, but hopefully they’ve have them in the future.  The album (Na Na Ni ) is out tomorrow on Kora Records .

Song : Check out another, Black Fur .  Its kind of like a church hymn.  But poppier.
